Kim Jacobs

Community Health Transport Manager, St John New Zealand

Kim has worked in the charitable services sector for the past 30 years in the community, aged care and health fields.

She is passionate about community led development, in particular, assisting transport disadvantaged communities to find solutions for their transport needs.

Her experience with managing volunteers, quality improvement systems and facilitating community development has led to her current position with St John, where she is overseeing the implementation of their 5 year Health shuttle strategy across New Zealand.

Attending the Age Concern Conference is a great opportunity to work alongside likeminded people to improve participation opportunities for our older generations in years to come.
