Colin Thorne's an 86 year old who still competes in marathons. He took up running when he was 64.

Lyndsay is 90 years old and has practised yoga since she found a book about it as a 20 year old. She currently teaches 2 classes a week.

Robin is 86 and swims 1km every morning, as well as participating in Tai Chi and leading an exercise group for Age Concern. He grows veges, attends university lectures and is learning Te Reo Maori.

Barry is 72 years old and is still heavily involved in athletics as president of the Wellington Harriers Athletics Club, although arthritis means he can no longer run. He says running changed the course of his life and kept him away from a life on the streets.
