Robyn Johnston

PhD Candidate, University of Canterbury
Founder, Transition Navigators

Robyn is in the final months of completing her PhD at the University of Canterbury. Her focus is on the wellbeing of older people, particularly those living in retirement villages. She has also launched a business, Transition Navigators, which arose from her research. Empowering people to make informed decisions about where and how to live their lives, both now and in the future, is a key motivator for Robyn. To maintain or increase your wellbeing, should you live in the community or a retirement village?

Robyn’s initial career choice was to be a musterer in the high country.
