Age Concern New Zealand welcomes this targeted consultation on the Charities Act 2005. We value the opportunity to provide further input on specific aspects of the legislation following our earlier submission in May 2019. Our submission draws on the expertise and experience of Age Concern New Zealand and our Member Organisations throughout Aotearoa New Zealand.
